PE Update

 In Physical Education - 3rd Period, Physical Education - 4th Period

Good Evening,

Our Physical Education Department has done a fantastic job of making sure all Students are active during their prospective periods. Please ensure all students are eating a healthy breakfast & at least consume 3/4- 1 Gallon of water daily.

 

This Week’s Schedule:

Monday: Sport of the Day

Tuesday: Conditioning (1 Mile Outdoors)

Wednesday: Yoga

Thursday- Yoga

Friday: Sport of the Day
