Strength & Conditioning Update
Good Evening,
Our Physical Education Department has done a fantastic job of making sure all Students are active during their prospective periods. Please ensure all students are eating a healthy breakfast & at least consume 3/4- 1 Gallon of water daily.
We will be using the same schedule with different exercises this week:
Monday: Conditioning & Lower Body Workout
Tuesday: Full Body Conditioning
Weds: Static & Dynamic Stretch Day
Thursday: Lower Body Work
Friday: Full Body Conditioning (Half the period), Yoga
