Girl’s Weight Training Update
Good Evening,
Our Physical Education Department has done a fantastic job of making sure all Students are active during their prospective periods. Please ensure all students are eating a healthy breakfast & at least consume 3/4- 1 Gallon of water daily.
We will utilize the same workout schedule. I will challenge the young ladies with more reps & different exercises:
Monday: Arms & Back
Tuesday: Lower Body & Abs
Wednesday: Abs & Dynamic Stretching
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Lower Body & Abs
