Hope you all had a great weekend! Here’s the updated schedule for this week’s strength & conditioning course:
Monday: 20 minute Conditioning workout & lower body workout.
Tuesday: 15 minute jump rope workout, Dynamic Stretch Day
Weds: Upper Body Workout
Thursday: 20 minute conditioning & Static Stretch Day
Friday: Full Body Conditioning (Half the period), Yoga
